CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) - The Supreme Court of Nevada is experiencing intermittent system functionality due to the cyber incident involving the Governor’s Technology Office, according to a Wednesday, Aug. 27, agency news release.
The Sunday, Aug. 24, attack is affecting email and phone systems, eFlex, and the public case portal at the Supreme Court.
“At this time, connectivity remains available, though performance may be inconsistent,” the release said. “The Supreme Court encourages users to continue to try to file electronically.”
If connectivity continues to degrade, the Supreme Court will give alternative methods of filing to minimize disruption.
