SAN FRANCISCO — Claire's, a teen accessories retailer, has identified almost 300 locations across the country it plans to close after filing for .

Claire's U.S., which operates Claire's and Icing stores, made the Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware. It's the second time since 2018 the company has filed for bankruptcy.
