In fact, a councilwoman who was re-elected in her district seat says there is a ‘small chance’ the project could be halted.
We have a situation here where councilwoman Jamie Dykes may propose hiring an outside attorney, an expert in contract law to make sure the contract between the city and the developer is ironclad.
Dykes doesn’t like what she sees on the very spot where University Beach is being built on Highway 82.
