MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - “How was he able to sign her out of school by saying, ‘Oh, I’m the brother?’”
That’s just one of the questions being asked by community members after a Memphis man was able to check a teenager out of school for sex.

The student was checked out from Kirby High School on Monday, according to an affidavit.
The man accused of posing as her brother to check her out of class is 23-year-old Kevin Talley Jr.
According to investigators, a 16-year-old flagged down officers after Talley refused to pay her for sex.
The incident is a major safety concern for students, as well as when it comes to sexual health and education for teenagers.
