CLEVELAND (WJW) - Bionca Ellis now says she is not guilty by reason of insanity as she faces charges for stabbing and killing an innocent child in a North Olmsted parking lot in 2024.
Her attorneys, Fernando Mack and Carlos Johnson, filed a motion in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday, asking the court to accept her plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
