LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – Shocking and disturbing images showing just how violent some youth offenders are in New Mexico and how they mock the juvenile justice system. On Tuesday, the Las Cruces Police Department shared its findings with lawmakers and made its plea for changes to fix the problems during the next legislative session.
