Two men have been arrested after a two-vehicle collision left a motorcyclist "seriously injured" . Investigations into the Leicester incident are ongoing, with another vehicle now believed to have been involved in the collision.
The crash happened at around 6.20pm on Tuesday (August 26) and involved a blue Honda Insight car and a red motorbike, in Strasbourg Drive, in the Beaumont Leys area of the city. The rider of the motorbike sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital, while the driver of the Honda was not injured.
Police said the rider remains in hospital. In an update, the force confirmed it had arrested two men on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving .
