BOSTON (WWLP) - The MSPCA-Angell is seeking special adopters for several French Bulldog puppies with congenital issues that require significant medical care.

MSPCA-Angell states that these puppies are part of a group of 12 French Bulldogs that were recently surrendered and are being prepared for adoption. The puppies, named Macy, TJ, Kohl, and Marsha, were surrendered in Boston earlier this summer and required extensive medical treatment.

"As we often see when a specific breed becomes popular—in this case French Bulldogs—people indiscriminately breed them in the hopes that they can capitalize on the demand, which, unfortunately, frequently leads to dogs with congenital problems that can be costly and challenging to address," explained Mike Keiley, MSPCA-Angell Vice President of Animal Pr
