MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile County is making it even easier for residents to properly dispose of their old, worn or damaged flags, county officials said.

According to a Mobile County news release, the county is expanding its flag disposal program by adding about 20 new locations for people to drop off their old, worn or damaged flags.

Residents were already able to take their flags to Mobile Government Plaza, but now they can also take them to the following locations: • Historic Avenue Culture Center • Mobile County License Commission Offices - Michael Square, Theodore, Eight Mile and Citronelle • Mobile County Sheriff's Offices - Administration, Southside Sub-Station and Northside Sub-Station • Chickasaw Library • Prichard Library • Satsuma Library • Citronelle Mem
