Wheat is gone and utility installation is well underway at a 20-hectare farm field in West Lincoln that’s being turned into an RV site for the 2025 International Plowing Match and Rural Expo .

“Ontario Hydro has come in and put all the power poles in and electrical panels for all the RV campers, there’s eight plugs at each panel,” said Tony Oudshoorn, park registration co-ordinator for the Sept. 16-20 event at West Niagara Agricultural Centre and Fairgrounds .

“Starting this week, water lines are going in; there will be a water hookup for every trailer.”

The RV park is going in behind the Mud Street West fairgrounds. RV access will be from Grimsby Road 12.
