HYDE PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Police arrested a Queens woman in Dutchess County on Thursday after an investigation into illegal activity at a business in Hyde Park. Zhanglian Liao, 48, of Flushing, was charged with felony unauthorized practice as well as prostitution, a class B misdemeanor.

Hyde Park Police (HPPD) launched an investigation alongside county, state and federal agencies after receiving several reports of unlawful practices at Pine Woods Spa, located at 7 Pine Woods Road, Suite 6. Detectives determined that Liao, the spa's owner, was allegedly offering illegal massage services at the business.
