REDDING, Calif. — The Redding Police Department Neighborhood Police Unit arrested a suspect in a fentanyl trafficking investigation. Officers had been investigating Brandon Foreman, also known as "Brandon Hayward," for distributing large amounts of fentanyl in the area.
NPU officers conducted a surveillance operation on Saturday, August 23, and discovered Foreman returning from Oakland in a rental car on Highway 273.
According to the police, a search of the car led to the discovery of two ounces of fentanyl and nearly 200 Xanax pills. Foreman was arrested for possession of controlled substances with the intent to sell.
