YUBA COUNTY, Calif. — The Yuba County Sheriff’s Office Problem Oriented Policing Team executed a significant operation on Wednesday.

Officials stated that while working alongside federal authorities, they searched a home on English Way in Olivehurst. Deputies seized seven assault rifles, eight handguns, about two pounds of opium, and $39,700 in cash.

25-year-old Olivehurst man Kuldeep Singh was arrested and faces charges related to firearms and narcotics.
