Several local organizations are putting on a “no cost market” to help address food insecurity and food deserts in Little Rock on Saturday morning.
The market will offer free, fresh groceries and opportunities to connect with local organizations addressing hunger and workforce development. It will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., or as long as supplies last.
The market will be at 5500 Mabelvale Pike, inside the rear entrance of the Arkansas Workforce Center. (The primary address of the workforce center is at 5401 South University Avenue, but the rear of the building faces Mabelvale Pike.)
