ROYALTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Several arrests have been made in connection with a raid at a home in South Royalton.
It was an early morning raid at this house here in South Royalton that neighbors, who caught some of it on camera, say was a long time coming, and that the raided house has caused problems for years.
Police shouting demands, and what neighbors say sounded like flash-bangs, filled the air on Moses Lane early Friday morning.
“I just heard two booms,” said Ayden Downing, who lives around the corner.
Police say 18 people were in the home at the time of the raid. Several could be seen being carted away in handcuffs.
“There‘s been drugs in and out of there since probably I moved in here. It’s been a big problem for a long time,” said Downing.
