WILX News 10LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - On this day in 2021, the Taylor North Little League team captured the Little League World Series title.
Representing Michigan, the boys defeated Ohio five to two in the championship game, bringing home the state’s first Little League World Series crown since 1959.
The victory sparked celebrations across the state.
