The Limestone County Sheriff's Office, together with state and federal agencies, has arrested a man for allegedly soliciting sexual acts from a minor. The investigation began in August when the suspect contacted a decoy account run by investigators.

I Made Gitayana, 31, from Bali, Indonesia, believed he was communicating with a minor male child. He arranged to meet the child and agreed to pay for transportation. On August 28, authorities arrested Gitayana at the meeting location without incident.

Gitayana, who admitted to entering the U.S. illegally, was booked on charges of Electronic Solicitation of a Child. An immigration detainer has been placed on him, and further charges are possible as the investigation continues.
