HERRIMAN — A teenager is in extremely critical condition after being struck by a vehicle.

At 9:35 p.m. Friday, Herriman police responded to a report of an incident at 6364 W. Teton Ranch Drive. First responders then discovered the 16-year-old boy with significant injuries, according to a press release from the Herriman Police Department.

Paramedics from Unified Fire Authority and the South Jordan Fire Department treated the 16-year-old, who was then flown to an area hospital.
