HONOLULU (Island News) -- 70-year old Antonio Vierra, a man previously accused of starting the Kunia Road fire on Aug. 23, found himself back in police custody for another alleged arson.

Police arrested Vierra on Friday evening at his Punchbowl area home, where he initially refused to exit but eventually complied. He is accused of starting a fire at Puaena Point Beach Park and was taken into custody for second-degree arson.

An anonymous neighbor told Island News Saturday, "The person upstairs came and knocked on my door and said, Candy, did you know that the guy that started the fires lives right next to us, I said no, I had no idea, so it made us a little scared."
