SEBAGO, Maine — A boat was spotted going in circles on Sebago Lake Saturday afternoon after the operator reportedly fell overboard, according to the Sebago Fire Department.

At around 2 p.m., Sebago fire said it was assisting Naples fire in capturing the unmanned boat near Thompson Point.

Crews were able to intercept the boat and bring it to shore.

Investigators say the operator had fallen overboard before being picked up uninjured by a passing boat.
