It's time to vote again for the Herald-Times Football Player of the Week presented by IU Health for games on Aug. 29.

Congratulations to South linebacker Charlie Morris, who was last week's winner with 33.7% of the vote (327) to top Edgewood running back Braxton Carpenter (24.8%).

Shaun Cooper, South RB

Senior dashed for 136 yards and two touchdowns, one an 84-yarder as the Panthers held off Martinsville 38-27.

Eli Engleking, Eastern Greene RB

Sophomore had his first career 100-yard rushing game going for 101 and a touchdown on 13 carries and also caught two passes for 10 yards as the T-Birds fell to North Knox 53-13.
