(WFSB) - There’s a chance the Northern Lights will be visible in Connecticut on Monday and Tuesday nights.
Meteorologist Jill Gilardi said the best chance to see them would be for those who are far away from city lights in the inland part of the state.
“Look up and to the north before bed [Monday night] because you might catch the Northern Lights,” Gilardi said. “There is another chance [Tuesday] too, but there is no way to predict the lights exactly, and information about the charged particles heading towards Earth are usually picked up by instruments in space closer to impact.”
