LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A boyfriend and girlfriend were in custody Monday after a domestic dispute ended in gunfire in Lackawanna County, police said.
Charges are pending against the couple, who Jefferson Twp. police say shot at each other Sunday night at their home near Cortez Road. They were identified in court filings as Ted J. Kalinowski and Michelle Brislin.
Brislin was charged early Monday morning, police said. She is accused of firing a 9mm round from a Glock 19 while inside of their home and other round into the air while outside, which she said she did out of fear of Kalinowski.
The fight started Sunday night when Kalinowski became upset over a post on social media. He assaulted her, threatened to kill her and shot at her car with an AR-15, police said. Kalinowski faces charge
