The Abbotsford Police Department is currently investigating a gunfire incident that occurred on Monday at 2 a.m. in the North Clearbrook neighbourhood.

The AbbyPD says a house near Clearbrook Road and Balfour Drive was shot at.

Officers arrived at the scene shortly after. They report that the occupants were inside the home, asleep, and no one was physically injured.

Police say the AbbyPD Major Crime Unit is now “actively working to determine the motive behind the shooting.”
