Aston Villa have snapped up Jadon Sancho on a season-long loan deal from Manchester United.

The 25-year-old was part of the Red Devils ' bomb squad this summer with boss Ruben Amorim making it clear he was not in his plans.

Sancho was omitted from each of United's opening four matchday squads across all competitions this season.

And the winger has now sealed his second successive deadline day summer exit away from Old Trafford.

It was Chelsea who snapped up the 23-cap England international last season on loan.

From his 41 appearances in all competitions for the Blues, he chipped in with 15 direct goal contributions in all competitions.
