DENVER (KDVR) -- Two people were transported to a hospital after a rollover crash off of Parker Road on Monday afternoon.
The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office said in a post on X that the crash happened just before 2 p.m. on Parker Road near Chambers Road.
Witnesses reportedly told deputies that they saw a BMW sedan driving southbound on Parker Road at speeds over 100 mph before the driver apparently lost control, crashed through a fence and landed upside down between two horse trailers.
The driver and passenger were seriously injured and taken to a local hospital, and no one else was injured, the sheriff's office said.
The sheriff's office, South Metro Fire Rescue and Colorado State Patrol all responded to the scene, and CSP is investigating the crash.
