The operators of his weekend’s Smoke ‘N’ Spurs Festival at Anderson Event Park, on the outskirts of Mattawa, have issued a media release after an accident that occurred on the grounds on Sunday. Several attendees were injured and treated in hospital then released. Here’s the release in its entirety. “This weekend there was a collision on the festival grounds during the mud bog event. Thanks to the quick response of our emergency teams and the support of festival staff and volunteers, the situation was managed safely and effectively. We are grateful to report that all individuals involved received prompt care.
