MACON, Ga. — Less than two days after a white Infiniti fleeing police crashed into his church , pastor Hilliard "Calvin" Arline isn't focusing on the extensive damage to his building. Instead, he's thinking about the family who lost 37-year-old Larry Sellers Jr. in the early Sunday morning crash.
"A family has lost a loved one on our sacred grounds," Arline said Monday. "So, dealing with that portion of it is very, very important to me to make sure that we navigate this moment."
The crash occurred at the Abundant Word of Grace Church on Napier Avenue the after midnight Saturday into Sunday following a Bibb County Sheriff's Office pursuit.
Deputies lost sight of the Infiniti as it drove east on Napier Avenue before a 911 call reported the car had crashed into the church building. Selle
