A sea of Boro shirts filled St Bede's Chapel as family, friends and loved ones gathered to say a final farewell to a beloved 25-year-old. On May 10, earlier this year, Bradley Hall died suddenly while living in China where he worked as a teacher.

His mum, Lindsey Hall, had been speaking to the young Boro fan for one of their daily phone calls. But just 90 minutes after she hung up, Lindsey was surprised when her phone rang again and Brad's name appeared on the screen.
