A woman has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing at a home in the New South Wales Blue Mountains.

Emergency services were called to an address on Myall Avenue in Leura, 100 kilometres west of Sydney, to find two men with multiple stab wounds about 7.30am on Sunday, August 24.

The pair were taken by paramedics to Westmead Hospital, where they remain after undergoing surgery.

A 67-year-old woman, who police said is known to both men, was found unconscious at the scene and later taken to Nepean Hospital, where she remains.

The woman was arrested by detectives in hospital on Monday, and has since been charged.

She faces two counts of causing wounding or grievous bodily harm to a person with intent to murder (domestic violence).
