AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - On Labor Day, more than 100 people in Aiken gathered at the Odell Weeks Activity Center for the Workers Over Billionaires Rally.

The event is part of a national day of action, demanding investment in communities, not billionaires.

Those who participated in the event joined thousands across the country in the Workers Over Billionaires mobilization.

Locally, ralliers were seen holding American flags and various signs.

People at the protest had a number of concerns about the Trump Administration and how they feel national issues, like a lack of affordable housing, is impacting them in Aiken. Many of them held signs along Whiskey Road, showing their frustration, but others say they have issues with the response at all levels.
