Human remains have been discovered at a new crime scene during the desperate search for missing Brisbane man and cyber security manager, Andrew Burow, who was allegedly tortured by two men.

Mr Burow had not been seen by his family since August 20 and was reported missing on August 24, with police launching a swift investigation into the circumstances of his suspicious disappearance.

On August 27 authorities charged both Anthony Thomas Perrett, of Sippy Downs, and Billy John Howard, of North Lakes, with the torture of Mr Burow after officers pounced on a Bli Bli property while searching for the 56-year-old.

Then, on Monday, police released an appeal for information relating to three vehicles and released locations of interest, including in the South Burnett and Blackbutt areas.
