TIPTONVILLE, Tenn. (WMC) - A third person has been indicted for helping quadruple murder suspect Austin Drummond.

According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, a Madison County Grand Jury returned indictments on September 2, charging Dearrah Sanders with two counts of accessory after the fact.

Sanders stands accused of aiding Drummond, 28, who is facing four counts of first-degree murder, one count of aggravated kidnapping, four counts of possessing a firearm as a felon, and one count of possessing a firearm during a dangerous felony.

Drummond was temporarily on the run before being captured and charged, with the state seeking the death penalty in his case.

Sanders is being held in the Madison County Jail without bond.
