A Randolph man was arrested Tuesday night after police say he stabbed a delivery driver multiple times during a road rage incident in downtown Boston.
Byron Alexander, 45, pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime in connection with the incident during his arraignment in Boston Municipal Court - Central on Wednesday, according to court records.
Officers responded to a report of a stabbing near 10 Huntington Ave. shortly after 10:35 p.m. on Sept. 2, Boston police said in a press release Wednesday . At the scene, they found the delivery driver with multiple stab wounds sitting inside his car. Officers provided him first aid until paramedics arrived and took him to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
