MADISON (WKOW) — Madison police are seeking more information after a hit-and-run crash involving a motorcycle.
It happened Sunday around 3:51 p.m. on the westbound Beltline at Gammon Road.
Police reported that the motorcyclist was injured and taken to the hospital, where they are in stable condition.
According to the police, the motorcycle struck the rear of a vehicle, causing the rider to be thrown off. The driver of the vehicle briefly exited their car before leaving the scene.
Officers are actively investigating the incident and are seeking public assistance.
