CHICO, Calif. - Two standout baseball players from Chico High School got the opportunity to shine at the prestigious Area Code Games in Long Beach this August.

Jaxxon Tweedt, a member of the class of 2028, and Vinny Boatwright, from the class of 2027, were selected to participate in the elite showcase series. The tournament is a significant platform for high school athletes, scouted by every Major League Baseball team and top NCAA programs.
