Signs of economic deterioration are slowing, but slight pessimism seems to be the theme for Arkansas' economy, according to the latest Beige Book Report from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Charles Gascon, Fed economist for the Arkansas region, said Wednesday that economic signs for Arkansas were a little better, referencing the report.

"I don't want to say that things are necessarily improving, but they don't seem to be getting worse," he said.
Prices have increased moderately since the previous report issued in July, but at a faster pace than in previous month
