We are giving you the FIRST ALERT to storm chances on Thursday.
We had a dry start to your Wednesday, but that changed as we headed into the afternoon and evening hours.
Some places had some heavy wind and even a little bit of hail.
As we head into Thursday, we have a Marginal Risk for Severe Weather (Level 1 out of 5) for the entire WYMT Viewing Area.
Heavy wind, small hail, and vivid lightning will be the main threats.
Highs on Thursday, courtesy of a cold front, will only make it into the low to mid 70s.
Then we go back into the 80s for Friday before another front swings through this weekend, dropping temperatures with highs once again in the low to mid 70s.
This takes us into next week where we stay well below average for the first half.
Shower and storm chances pick up for you
