ST. LOUIS - A tornado victim who lives in the Fountain Park neighborhood of north St. Louis still does not have power almost four months after the storm.

Melvin Arnold is living in a home filled with black mold. He has lived in the home for more than 40 years.

He's had offers to stay in a hotel but he refuses to leave his belongings. Melvin says his home is where he wants to stay.

Melvin, like many of the four thousand homes damaged from the tornado, suffered mostly roof damage. But like many others, his tarp on his damaged roof has not kept the rainwater from seeping in.
