Reflexology with Kim Stewart is offered every second Tuesday of the month. The next date is Tuesday, September 9. Those interested may book any of the 5 reflexology appointments, each are 20-minute sessions.

There is a fee. Reflexology focuses on reflex areas of feet/hands that correspond to parts of the body, can result in stress reduction that causes a physiological change in the body. Pre-registration is required.

The center will offer a free Blood Pressure Clinic from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 16. Mayra Mercado from NCE Homecare of Waterbury will take blood pressure.
