A bar at the center of a WDSU investigation has been taken over by new ownership, according to city leaders.

WDSU Investigates uncovered video showing gunfire and illegal activity outside of the bar.

Following WDSU's reports, city and state leaders took action.

The bar is now under new ownership, according to Councilman Freddie King.

City leaders tell WDSU that the new owner will have a meet-and-greet Thursday at 6 p.m. at the bar on 1943 North Rampart St.
