(WJW) - A popular Akron-area pizza shop known for its "White Pizza" is opening a fourth location and shared plans to open two more locations later this year.

According to a media release, DeCheco’s Pizzeria will celebrate the opening of its Hudson shop with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony planned for Monday, Sept. 8, at 11 a.m.

The shop will be located at 178 West Streetsboro Street.

According to the pizzeria's website, additional locations are planned for Cuyahoga Falls and Munroe Falls. Other locations include Ellet/Springfield, Fairlawn, and Firestone Park in Akron.

DeCheco’s is a second-generation, family-owned pizzeria, according to the release.
