MANCHESTER, Maine (WABI) - Two more health care facilities have announced plans to close.

The Manchester Care Center in Manchester, which is part of Central Maine Healthcare, will close permanently on October 31st.

The closure includes its therapy and lab services.

Any testing or lab orders after October 31st will need to be signed by your new provider, and all results will be delivered directly to their office.

Aurora Healthcare in Fairfield also announced it will be closing on December 1st.

Aurora says they will continue to see patients as scheduled through the end of November and will continue to offer same day walk in visits and scheduled visits.

On Wednesday, Northern Light Health announced it is reducing its workforce by about 3% and has closed its Walk-In Care on Union St
