MAINE, USA — Two Maine health care providers recently announced they will be permanently closing.

Manchester Care Center, including therapy and lab services, will close Oct. 31, 2025, according to its website . The clinic said patients will need to find another primary care providers after that date.

Any testing or lab orders after Oct. 31 will need to be signed by a new provider, and all results will be delivered directly to their office, the clinic said. A patient who's waiting for test results after the closure date should contact their new primary care provider to follow up.

Patient medical records will be available after Oct. 31. To request them, patients need to complete an authorization form either through the website or by calling 207-795-2480.
