STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Staten Island Shakespearean Theatre Company presents “The Comedy of Errors” by William Shakespeare, a portrayal of two sets of identical twins who separated at birth, and unbeknownst to anyone, end up in the same town.

The Shakespearean company invites Staten Island to take in the “campy tale of mistaken identity - filled with non-stop laughs” told by a “gender-bent, musical, clownish, and fun cast” at the picturesque Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden in Livingston.

Performance dates are set for Friday, Sept. 12, Saturday, Sept. 13, Friday. Sept. 19 and Saturday, Sept. 20 with rain dates: Sundays, Sept. 14 and Sept. 21 at 7:30 p.m.

The production will be staged outside the Music Hall Annex at Snug Harbor located at 1000 Richmond Terr.
