Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North is returning to building affordable housing in Sudbury after announcing the launch of a new home at 416 Melvin Ave.

The project is made possible through a land donation and the support of community and business partners, Habitat said.

In a release, Habitat for Humanity said the project marks a significant step forward in addressing housing needs in the city, representing a collaborative effort to create safe, decent, and affordable housing that strengthens both the neighbourhood and the broader Sudbury community.
