LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - An Omaha man was arrested Thursday after allegedly setting up a friend to be robbed of his car in Lincoln earlier this year.

On March 28, shortly before 12:30 a.m., officers with the Lincoln Police Department were dispatched to an apartment complex located near S Street and Lakeside Drive on a report of a robbery that just occurred in a nearby park.

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who said he was contacted the day before by 18-year-old Adrian Klein. The victim told police that Klein had asked him via Snapchat to meet at Lakeview Park to talk about the victim’s girlfriend, of which Klein was friends with.
