(WHTM) - The family of 6-year-old Faiz Sharif says his condition "remains extremely serious" after he was injured when a driver plowed through a crowd at Harrisburg's Kipona Festival on Monday.

Sharif suffered multiple broken bones and has undergone multiple emergency surgeries. His family says he "has not yet fully regained consciousness" as of Friday morning.
