(WHTM) - A Cumberland County Prison inmate who disappeared while on work release has been apprehended in Georgia.
A Cumberland County spokesperson says Patrick Osbourne was apprehended in Savannah, Georgia, on Thursday, September 4, at 7:40 p.m., one week after walking away from work release.

The county says Osbourne, 24, had been incarcerated at the Cumberland County Prison since July 16, 2025, after being found guilty of retail theft.
Before being apprehended, Osbourne had last been seen at a barbershop on Hanover Street in Carlisle.
