LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - According to the Laredo Police Department, they were informed this morning by the Webb County District Attorney’s Office that Adriana Tatiana Salas’s probation was revoked.

Salas has been sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Salas plead admission under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 12.45 (Admission of Unadjudicated Offenses) to be included in the sentencing for recent LPD cases which included seven cases of theft. Five cases were not accepted for prosecution.

According to the original arrest affidavit, Salas was allegedly pocketing down payments from customers at WestWind Homes.

The offense dates back to 2016 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice has a projected release date for Salas as 2030.
